early in the morning, we set out to explore athens on foot.
first stop was the acropolis, which i must admit, was a tad bit disappointing.

athens is really unbearably hot. and the acropolis, was not wat i imagined it to be. the scaffolding keeping it intact was an eyesore and the amount of tourist and the heat made the place lose its mystic.

next, we headed to visit the newly built olympic stadium, which hosted the 2004 athens olympics.

the architecture kinda reminded me of that in wembley
dinner was mousaka, greek salad and some yummy desserts. i was right. i like greek food! (:
